Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click on the order you want to track. You’ll see real-time updates from our delivery partner including estimated delivery date.
Track My OrderMost products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours. Defective products may be covered under seller or manufacturer warranty.
Return PolicyUPI/Wallet: 1–3 business days | Credit/Debit Card: 3–7 business days | Net Banking: 3–7 business days | Cash on Delivery: credited to bank/wallet after verification.
Refund TimelineYes — you can cancel any order before shipment for a full refund. Go to My Orders → Select Order → Cancel Order. Once shipped, you can return the item after delivery per our return policy.
My OrdersDotmarket accepts UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL.
Payment MethodsBecoming a Dotmarket seller is free. Click Become a Seller, complete your vendor profile, upload your products, and start selling. Applications are reviewed within 24 hours.
Become a SellerOn the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and enter your registered email. We’ll send a reset link. Logged-in users can go to My Account → Account Settings → Change Password.
