Placing an order on Dotmarket does not constitute a confirmed purchase until you receive an official order confirmation from us. Please be aware of the following:

• All orders are subject to product availability and seller confirmation
• Dotmarket reserves the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious or potentially fraudulent
• Orders placed with incorrect or incorrectly displayed pricing may be cancelled without liability
• Fraudulent transactions will be declined and reported to appropriate authorities
• You will be notified via email or SMS in case of any order modification or cancellation

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 in eligible areas
• Delivery charges for orders below the threshold will be clearly indicated at checkout

• Attempting or perpetrating any form of payment fraud

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to compromise platform security or infrastructure

Sellers registered on Dotmarket must adhere to the following standards to maintain the quality and trust of the marketplace:

• Deliver only authentic, genuine products that match the listing description
• Maintain accurate stock levels to avoid overselling
• Process and dispatch orders within the committed timeframe
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, regulations, and tax obligations
• Respond promptly to customer queries and return/refund requests

Non-compliance may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

All content on the Dotmarket platform is the exclusive intellectual property of Dotmarket and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Dotmarket name and logo
• Brand identity and trademarks
• Graphic design and UI elements
• Icons and illustrations
• Website code and architecture
• All published text and copy

Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these materials without explicit written permission from Dotmarket is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
