Can I sell without my own inventory (dropshipping)?

Yes, Dotmarket supports dropshipping arrangements. You can list products that are fulfilled by a third-party supplier. However, you remain responsible for delivery timelines, product quality, and customer service. Ensure your supplier can reliably fulfill orders within the committed delivery window to maintain your seller rating.

How do returns and refunds work for sellers?

When a buyer initiates a return, you’ll be notified in your Seller Dashboard. The item is returned and inspected. If the return is approved due to seller fault (wrong item, damaged, defective), the refund is deducted from your seller balance. If the return is buyer-initiated without valid reason, Dotmarket’s buyer protection policy applies. Review our full Return Policy for detailed scenarios.

How do I add or update my product listings?

You can also bulk-upload products using our CSV template available in the Seller Guide. Changes are reflected on the marketplace within 1–2 hours.
